Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full app. No credit card required to start. Use every feature, send real WhatsApp bills, see if JalYantra fits your business — all before you pay anything.
Most distributors decide during the trial whether the app is for them. If you're unsure, just don't pay — your account moves to read-only mode after day 14, and you owe us nothing.
If you do subscribe and then change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of your first paid subscription to request a full refund.
How to request a refund:
We will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank or UPI processing may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect.
You don't need to explain why. We genuinely want feedback if you have any — but giving feedback is never a condition of getting your money back.
You can cancel your subscription any time from the Settings → Subscription screen of the app, or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next period. You retain full access to JalYantra until the end of the period you've paid for.
Cancellation by itself does not trigger an automatic refund. If you've cancelled within 30 days of your first paid subscription and want a refund, please specifically request a refund using the steps above.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 30-day refund window as monthly subscriptions.
If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, you will retain access until the end of the paid annual period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused months on annual plans except as required by law.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp messages, and unused plan messages roll over to the next month automatically. If you need more, you can purchase non-expiring top-up packs from inside the app (₹59 / ₹199 / ₹549 / ₹1,699).
Top-up pack purchases are non-refundable once the pack has been added to your message wallet — these messages have already been provisioned with Meta and are yours to use whenever you want; they never expire.
The 30-day refund applies only to the subscription fee. If you request a refund within 30 days, the subscription fee is refunded; any top-up packs purchased separately are retained on your account.
JalYantra subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the renewal charge — we will refund the renewal in full as long as you have not significantly used the service in the new period.
To keep things fair, we don't offer refunds in the following situations:
